Gray Veredon is a distinguished international choreographer, opera director and cultural tour director. After early training with the Royal Ballet of London and guest engagements world wide, some 20 years ago he accepted the position of artistic director of the Ballet de Lyon.
During his tenure in Lyon, he found his dream house in the heart of Ardèche.
“La Mirande”, perched on a plateau A B O V E I T A L L,
commands a breathtaking view of the Rhone Valley and the Alps beyond.
Gray spent his entire career implementing music, movement and colour to create his acclaimed theatrical works.
“La Mirande” – a haven of comfort elegance and serenity – is now offering accommodation in stylish, luxury suites. A haven of deep rest and tranquility, creative cuisine and interesting places to visit in little known areas of the Ardèche.
(I strive to create an environment where you can let go of everything that occupies your mind and find a healing emptiness. We sometimes forget what it is like to experience real tranquility and the healing benefits of undisturbed sleep.
Here at “La Mirande” I have had the enormous satisfaction of experiencing the wonder of my guests as they rediscover silence and the joy of nothing.
I am not proposing to turn “La Mirande” into a retreat but it does seem to have the magic to help people find their inner peace of mind. Even if it is only for a weekend. I feel that two of the most difficult things to find in our modern world are space and quietness. These two qualities have become the bases of our business concept and our unique point of sale in the centre of one of the most densely populated areas of France.
Please come and enjoy.
