Communal Social Areas

One of the main attractions of the house is its open living area with original stone walls and a 7 m high wood ceiling. A centrally placed monumental open fireplace becomes the point of focus in this dramatic open space.

A mezzanine gallery runs around this central space which was originally the barn of the old farm house.  It accesses a relaxing lounge, a library with a fascinating collection of books and a well-equipped office for those unable to totally escape their work.

It also supplies access to The Orient Suite. The dining area is on the ground floor and the famous monumental fireplace with its intimate sitting area, provides a wonderful setting for after dinner coffee and liqueurs.

WiFi is available throughout.
